La Fosse are partnered with a leading financial institution to recruit a Lead Architect. This individual will help shape the future of technology across the business. Leading enterprise and infrastructure architecture strategy, this person will help to drive an ambitious Azure migration, and influence technology decisions at the highest level.

What You'll Do:

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture aligned to strategic goals
• Lead Azure and hybrid cloud solution design
• Guide project delivery teams and mentor junior architects
• Represent architecture at the Technology Design Authority

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience in Azure, microservices, and hybrid environments
• Strategic thinker with enterprise architecture expertise
• Confident communicator across business and technical teams
• Experience in regulated industries a plus

This employer offers hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week required in the Central London office.
