Machine Identity Lead – FTSE100 Financial Services
I'm supporting a leading FTSE100 financial services organisation as they build out a best-in-class Machine Identity capability.
This is an opportunity to shape and lead a strategic function at the heart of the business, helping transform how identity is managed as the organisation accelerates into AI adoption, Post-Quantum Readiness, Secrets Management, and PKI.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who now enjoys building and leading teams, influencing strategy, and driving large-scale change.
What you'll be working on:
- Designing and leading a Machine Identity capability
- Secrets management and PKI at enterprise scale
- Supporting AI workloads and future-proofing for post-quantum cryptography
- Working closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams
What we're looking for:
- Technical experience with Machine Identity, Secrets, PKI, or Cryptography
- Exposure to tools such as HashiCorp Vault (or similar platforms)
- A background in engineering, security, or platform teams
- Someone who enjoys leadership and building high-performing teams
The details:
- Location: Largely remote (2 days onsite per month)
- Offices: Multiple locations across the UK
- Salary/ Package: £90,000 – £110,000 base + Bonus up to 20%
- Package: Strong additional benefits
