Machine Learning Engineer (London Area)

La Fosse are excited to partner with a well-established global organisation at the forefront of innovation across data, technology, and operational excellence.

They are expanding their Data & AI team and hiring a ML Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to help build and deploy intelligent solutions across a range of digital products. Projects span both classical machine learning and emerging applications of large language models (LLMs), offering the chance to work on varied and impactful use cases.

Key Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with common ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, XGBoost / LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Exposure to LLMs or NLP techniques is a plus
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern MLOps practices

• £70,000 – £90,000 base
