Program Test Manager

Program Test Manager - £700 per day inside IR35 - London - (3 days per week in the office)

Please note that this role requires candidates to work from the office at least three days per week .

La Fosse have partnered with an established organisation based to recruit a Program Test Manager. This role is responsible for leading the delivery of a comprehensive test improvement programme — driving enhancements in processes, governance, tooling, and automation. You will oversee the planning and execution of initiatives that uplift test maturity, streamline delivery, and strengthen quality outcomes across technology, product, and compliance teams.

Key requirements:

• Strong background in test optimisation, quality engineering, and process improvement within regulated or complex environments.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale programmes and driving cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
• Exceptional ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technology, business, and compliance functions.
• Skilled in vendor and third-party management
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
