Salesforce Architect

We’re working with an organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, replacing legacy systems and building out a modern tech landscape with Salesforce at the core.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across Salesforce and wider systems
• Leading on system integrations
• Owning technical decisions across projects and driving them through to delivery
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into solutions
• Getting hands-on when needed to troubleshoot, fix issues, and unblock teams
• Supporting knowledge transfer from legacy systems into a more modern architecture
• Playing a key role in an evolving architecture function within the business

What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience working with Salesforce in a technical capacity
• Experience delivering and integrating systems (APIs, third-party platforms, etc.)
• Background as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or Technical Consultant ideal
• Proven experience owning or contributing to solution/technical design
• Comfortable operating across multiple systems in a complex environment
• Able to balance hands-on problem solving with high-level design
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
