Salesforce Product Manager

Contract Opportunity for a Salesforce Product Manager - 9 month Contract - 650 per day (Inside IR35)

We are currently working with a leading consumer business who are urgently looking to hire a Salesforce Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ongoing development and optimisation of the CRM platform, ensuring alignment with wider business strategy.
• Define and prioritise product requirements, maintain the product backlog, and develop a clear roadmap for delivery.
• Oversee implementation and adoption of new CRM features, ensuring a smooth transition for end users.
• Manage user testing, communication, and training to drive engagement and ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitor changes in user needs, anticipate future requirements, and develop transition or decommissioning plans when necessary.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal governance, data management, and audit standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience defining and leading a CRM product strategy, ideally within Salesforce or a similar enterprise platform.
• Demonstrated success in building and executing product roadmaps that deliver tangible business value.
• Skilled at translating complex requirements into actionable backlogs, user stories, and measurable deliverables.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, integrations, and how CRM systems connect to broader technology ecosystems.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across the whole business and all levels
• Define the what and why for the use of Salesforce for the business
• Looking from someone who has practically implemented Salesforce within a company that has a limited product management function
