Location: Reading or London (4 days onsite)

Salary: Up to £80,000 base + bonus & benefits

About the Opportunity

We're working with a Global Telco business revolutionising the industry going through a huge cyber security transformation! I'm looking for a Security Services Client Engagement Senior Manager to serve as the primary interface between Group Security and key internal business clients, ensuring security services are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives. This role focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships, understanding client security needs, managing security service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction with security services provided by the Global Security organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Managing commercials within agreed allowances and coordinating new work across Group Security, their third-party service suppliers, and internal and external business clients.
  • Relationship budling and client management - being the security POC and facilitating communication between clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance security service delivery and client experience.
  • Coordinate delivery of security services clients, ensuring they're delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide regular security briefings and updates to client leadership.
  • Manage security-related escalations and issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience within a client-facing technology role.
  • Service delivery management, ideally with a strong understanding of security domains and managed security services.
  • Proven experience working in large, complex organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Managing service delivery for clients / client relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex issues.
