Senior Business Analyst

Senior BA - Perm- £60,000+ benefits & company car - Birmingham - 2 days per week on site.

This is a product-focused Senior BA role sitting within a small, high-impact team, partnering closely with Product Management and offshore development teams. They're looking for someone who can confidently facilitate workshops, engage senior stakeholders, gather and challenge requirements, and translate these into signed-off business requirements and prioritised delivery backlogs.

The environment is a mix of Agile and Waterfall, with a strong focus on product delivery, integrations and third-party systems. Experience working with APIs, cloud-based architectures, CRM, ticketing, rewards or other integrated platforms would be highly beneficial.

A particularly interesting aspect of the role is the blend of software and hardware products, ensuring digital solutions work seamlessly with physical devices in real-world environments. Experience within complex product ecosystems, POS systems, retail tech, hospitality tech or connected hardware/software solutions would be highly relevant.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in the continued development of a large-scale omni-channel digital solution, supporting its journey from early maturity through to a more established product.

This is a high-impact role that goes beyond traditional Business Analysis. In the early stages, the focus will be on deeply understanding the business, working directly with demanding stakeholders to uncover needs, define problems, and bring clarity and structure to an evolving product environment. The role exists to ensure that work entering delivery is well-defined, outcome-focused and grounded in real business value.

Hybrid role based in Birmingham (2 days per week) with occasional site visits and offering a salary of £60,000 plus benefits and a company car.
