Senior Data Engineer (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Up to £70,000 per annum

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a dynamic technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract for a well know Data and AI consultancy.

The Role

You'll design, build and maintain scalable data solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable data products. You'll also provide technical leadership and support continuous improvement across the data function.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong SQL and relational database expertise
• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines
• Data modelling and database design experience
• Knowledge of testing, monitoring, and data governance
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or similar cloud data platforms
• Cloud storage technologies
• NoSQL databases
• CI/CD experience
• Analytics and BI tools
