This is a hybrid role requiring 1/2 days per week in their London office.

La Fosse are partnering with a market leading InsurTech provider who are in the market for a skilled Senior Java Developer to join the core software engineering team.

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members and help build systems that are scalable, maintainable, and deliver value.

The work you do will span the full software development lifecycle, from idea to production, and you'll be empowered to take ownership of complex engineering challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Java
• Spring Boot
• AWS
• Excellent communication.
• Bachelors or Masters degree.
• Experience working at a start-up / scale-up.
