🚀 Product Manager – Card Payments (Processing)
📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) + ✈️ Occasional travel to Berlin
💰£100,000 - £110,000 + Bonus
Working with a high-growth, global fintech building out its core payments infrastructure.
This role sits within the card acquiring / processing space, focused on scaling and optimising payment capabilities across multiple markets.
You’ll be stepping into a high-impact, execution-heavy role where product craft matters more than domain depth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning product initiatives across the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through to launch
- Working closely with engineering, commercial and compliance teams to deliver scalable payment solutions
- Translating complex scheme and processing requirements into clear, deliverable product outcomes
- Driving improvements in performance, reliability and scalability of payment flows
- Partnering cross-functionally to unlock new opportunities across global markets
- Collaborating with a high-performing engineering team, including occasional travel to Berlin
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong product fundamentals – prioritisation, delivery, stakeholder management
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
- Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives forward with pace
- Payments experience is helpful, but not essential
