Senior Product Manager - Climate-Tech
Product Manager | Climate Tech Startup
Location: London or Bristol (Hybrid, 2/3 days a week in-office)
Salary: Up to £90,000 DOE
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right person)
Happy to announce that we're back partnering again with an early-stage, venture-backed startup building critical software infrastructure for the home energy transition. Their platform is already helping to decarbonise buildings across the UK by transforming the way heating systems are installed and managed.
In less than a year, they've signed over 500 customers and are solving one of the most painful, manual, and high-friction processes in clean energy deployment. Following the successful hire of a standout Product Manager earlier this year, they're now looking to add a second PM to the team to help scale their product and impact further.
The Role
This is the second non-founder product hire. You'll work closely with the CPO, designers, engineers, and customers to shape and ship products that deliver real-world value. The team is tight-knit, impact-focused, and moves fast. You'll have significant ownership and influence from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading discovery and user research, directly engaging with customers to understand pain points and needs
- Prioritising and scoping new features based on real insight, not assumptions
- Collaborating closely with design and engineering to manage delivery through to release and iteration
- Reducing time-to-value for new users and supporting customer success in driving adoption
- Measuring value delivered to different user segments and identifying ways to deepen impact
What They're Looking For
- Experience in a product role at an early-stage or high-growth startup
- A track record of shipping meaningful products in complex, operational or B2B environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with limited data
- Highly structured thinker who is outcome- and impact-driven
- Excellent communicator and low-ego collaborator
- Curious and technically literate — able to pick up new concepts quickly and work closely with engineers
- Genuinely user-obsessed and excited by the challenge of solving hard, real-world problems for non-obvious user groups
- Bonus: Experience in energy, infrastructure, climate or field service tools
Why This Role?
- Huge opportunity for personal growth and real ownership
- Platform already delivering measurable impact – and there's so much more to build
- A mission that matters and a team who care deeply about what they do
- Backed by top-tier investors and growing fast in a market that's only going to get bigger
- A clear path to scale, and a genuinely exciting product journey ahead
Interview Process
- Intro Call with the CPO
- Task + Review Call
- Final Round with Founders and Key Team Members
- Optional final check-in, depending on candidate competition or scheduling
