Product Manager | B2C Marketplace

Location: Hybrid – London (Oxford Circus) / Kings Hill

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + 10% bonus

Happy to announce that La Fosse is working with a well-established consumer digital marketplace that is hiring a Product Manager as part of a broader evolution of their product team.

The business is modernising how products are run, bringing in strong product thinkers who can own customer journeys end to end and deliver measurable improvements.

The role focuses on improving the experience customers go through when selling items via the platform, while also driving initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and repeat engagement.

You’ll work within a lean product squad alongside engineering, UX and data, owning discovery, shaping the roadmap and delivering improvements that directly impact the business.

The product team works across London (Oxford Circus) and Kings Hill, with most of the team splitting time between the two locations.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the roadmap for a key B2C marketplace journey

• Leading product discovery and customer research

• Working closely with engineers to deliver product improvements

• Using data and experimentation to validate ideas

• Improving conversion, retention and customer experience

They’re particularly interested in Product Managers who have worked on consumer digital platforms or marketplaces.
