🚀 Senior Product Manager – Pay to Card (Payouts)
📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
💸 £100,000 - £110,000 + Bonus
Working with a global fintech on a high-growth, revenue-generating product line focused on payouts (moving money from businesses to end users).
This is a true ownership role within a product that’s already performing strongly and now needs to scale further.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and evolving a market-leading payouts product
- Driving product strategy, roadmap and execution end-to-end
- Working across engineering, commercial and marketing to deliver product initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to expand capabilities and drive revenue growth
- Managing product performance and making data-led decisions
This is a role where you’re expected to own outcomes, not just features
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years Product Management experience
- Strong product craft with ability to operate at Senior PM level
- Proven experience owning and delivering product initiatives end-to-end
- Commercial awareness and ability to think in terms of ROI and impact
- Payments experience helpful, not a blocker
