I am recruiting for a SENIOR ENGINEER for a Global Tech Sports Performance Company.....

They are looking for a Senior Engineer to join one of their core squads and work closely with a EM on driving tech decisions/ initiatives, leading on projects, taking ownership of systems design & spearheading delivery

In this role you will:

• Support on architectural decisions/ systems design
• Own high‐impact technical delivery within the human performance team
• Spearhead the engineering on an array of greenfield projects including making key tech decisions/ end to end product development

& most importantly!

• Build cutting edge technology.... Such as (AI & machine‐learning features, Computer‐vision powered system, Smart hardware integrations, Performance analytics platforms, Real‐time data & video pipelines, New athlete‐facing tools, Entirely new product surfaces. Its all greenfield and always exciting.

They are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer:

• C#/ .Net
• React/ TypeScript
• AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, Redshift, serverless)

If you’re a great engineer with strong fundamentals, you’ll be considered! Tech Stack is not a gatekeeper.

Must‐Haves

• Strong full‐stack engineering background
• Experience building cloud‐native systems (AWS preferred)
• Experience mentoring engineers
• A product mindset
• Ability to translate ideas → architecture → scalable systems

A plus:

• AI/ML or computer vision exposure
• GraphQL, streaming systems, or distributed systems experience
• Background in performance, video, analytics, or sports tech (not required)

Compensation

• £100,000 salary
• 7.5% bonus
• $20,000 annual equity grant
