Test Lead

Test Lead (Automation) - £70-£75K - London (1 day per week) - Cypress Experience

Please note: this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires commuting to the London office one day per week .

We’re looking for an Automation Test Lead to shape the future of testing within the business — defining strategy, setting standards, and driving excellence across automation and quality engineering.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience leading and managing QA or Automation Engineers in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Experience with Cypress or Playwright for UI and functional testing.
• Hands-on expertise in automation frameworks built with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of API and data testing principles
• Confident with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps .
• Familiarity or curiosity around AI-driven testing tools and methodologies .

Interview Process:

1 - Technical Interview over teams with Head of QA

2 - In Person interview with Head of QA and Head of Engineering
