Test Manager

Test Manager - £400 to £420 outside IR35 - Leatherhead (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)

Please note: This is a 9‐month contract, and candidates must be able to commute to the office three days per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and deliver end‐to‐end test strategy across complex programmes
• Build and maintain scalable, cloud‐based automation frameworks
• Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Drive regression coverage, quality gates, and continuous improvement
• Perform backend data validation using SQL/MySQL
• Validate dashboards, KPIs, and analytical outputs against source data
• Own Test and Defect management using tools such as Jira & Zephr
• Produce clear test metrics and governance‐level reporting

Experience & Skills

• Strong background in DevOps‐led, multi‐stream delivery environments
• Hands‐on expertise in test automation, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
• Proven experience in backend data testing
• Confident operating at senior stakeholder and governance level
• Practical experience with Jira, Zephyr, or similar test tools
