Voice Engineer
We are looking for an Amazon Connect Voice Engineer to design, build, and maintain advanced voice solutions. You will create call flows, integrate telephony systems, and deliver seamless voice experiences for agents and customers in a secure, cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Amazon Connect Contact Flows for complex voice routing.
- Build integrations with CRM, ticketing systems, and databases using JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS Lambda, and REST APIs .
- Develop custom agent desktop experiences with Amazon Connect Streams API.
- Ensure secure, compliant voice integrations using IAM, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve voice call and integration issues using CloudWatch .
- Occasional travel to Europe
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in telephony protocols (SIP, WebRTC) and IVR design (Amazon Lex or similar).
- Experience with on-premises contact center platforms (Genesys, Mitel, Cisco).

- AWS Knowledge: Amazon Connect Communications Specialist & Developer badges
