The OpportunityWe are looking for self-motivated, sharp, and experienced Sales Directors (Self-Employed) across multiple sectors and regions in the UK.
This isn't your typical desk job. This is a fast-paced, high-impact, face-to-face field sales role where you will be on the ground, connecting directly with business owners, executives, and decision-makers. - Consultative Selling: Conducting face-to-face demonstrations of the LairaOS platform, identifying client pain points, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Driving the entire sales cycle from initial warm/cold contact through to onboarding and closing.
- Brand Advocacy: Acting as the executive face of LairaOS in your region, building lasting relationships with local business communities.
- A Natural Deal Closer: You have a proven track record in B2B sales, field sales, or direct business development. Experience in tech, software, or business solutions is a plus, but hunger and attitude are what truly matter.
- Self-Disciplined & Driven: As a self-employed professional, you thrive on autonomy. You don’t need micro-managing; you need the tools and the freedom to get the job done.
- Excellent Communicator: You possess top-tier interpersonal skills and can confidently present to business owners, directors, and C-suite executives in fluent UK English.
