Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Digital Services Department for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual for the post of Electronic Patient Record Systems Manager. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Systems Manager to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our Electronic Patient Record systems.
Main duties of the job
As the Electronic Patient Record Systems Manager, you will be a key member of the Application Management Leadership Team and you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the trusts Electronic Patient Record systems. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the systems are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.
The Trusts current Electronic Patient Record systems include Rio, CITO, EMIS and NerveCentre.

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

Qualifications
- Educated to Post Graduate Degree level (Masters) or equivalent experience
Experience
- Extensive experience of working in a complex IT programme environment
- Experience of budget management
- Significant experience in a senior managerial role
- Experience of effective partnership working with a range of agencies and stakeholders
- Experience of implementing service change /reconfiguration and modernisation services
Skills
- Strong customer service and focussed approach to end user services across a diverse customer base
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Successfully and realistically managed pressures and demands of work
