They're looking to hire a number of AI Solution Architects and AI Solution Engineers on a permanent basis, helping clients turn cutting-edge AI concepts into scalable, secure, business-ready solutions.

Opportunities are available at Senior Manager, Director, and Managing Director levels, with highly competitive salary and benefits packages.

The Opportunities:

As an AI Solution Architect, you'll partner with clients and sales teams to design secure, scalable, end-to-end AI/ML architectures that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.

As an AI Solution Engineer, you'll operate at the intersection of sales and technology, helping clients understand how AI/ML solutions can solve real business challenges — demonstrating technical excellence and shaping solutions early in the client journey.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience designing and delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions in collaboration with sales and engineering teams

Ability to assess data dependencies, business constraints, and success criteria to meet both user and organisational needs

Expertise in AI Solution Architecture, including:

• LLM/SLM deployment, fine-tuning, and inference optimisation

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• API-based AI deployment and model orchestration

Strong knowledge of Cloud AI & Hyperscalers — AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Azure, and hybrid/multimodal AI environments

Proficiency in Cloud Security & FinOps, including AI landing zones, model testing, and compliance frameworks

Understanding of Enterprise AI Design principles — scalable, secure, and cost-effective integration

Solid grasp of data science and machine learning fundamentals
