Oracle R2R & Leasing Consultant
One of our key clients, who are a leading global consulting firm, are looking to hire an experienced Oracle R2R & Leasing Consultant to support large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programmes. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering finance-led transformations, working across complex enterprise environments and engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
For this role we specifically require candidates who either hold or are eligible for SC clearance.
What you’ll do:
- Lead or support the Record-to-Report (R2R) and Leasing workstream on Oracle ERP Cloud programmes
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver Oracle Financials solutions from design through to deployment
- Manage workstream delivery including planning, governance, risks and issue management
- Support integration, data migration and testing activities across the programme lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to overall programme success
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience across Oracle Financials, including GL, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Lease Accounting
- Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle R2R implementations (ideally 3+ full lifecycle projects)
- Good understanding of finance processes and how R2R interacts with P2P, O2C and Projects
- Ability to design solutions and work closely with business stakeholders
- Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes, ideally in a consulting environment
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills
- Oracle certification is beneficial
Additional requirements:
- Must be eligible for UK SC clearance
- Hybrid working (client site / office / remote)
