What You’ll Do- Lead and mentor a small, multi‐disciplinary dev team
- Stay hands‐on while owning architecture and technical direction
- Drive delivery standards, code quality and best practices
- Shape future processes, workflows and engineering strategy
- Comfortable guiding others and influencing architecture
- Experience with mentoring, coaching or small‐team xkybehq leadership
