  • Identify gaps in learning flow and recommend improvements.
  • Help create scalable quality processes, templates and build standards.
  • Provide feedback to improve internal authoring tools and workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in instructional design, learning technology or digital learning development.
  • Practical experience building courses in a CMS, LMS or authoring tool (e.g., Blackboard, Articulate, ReposTai).
  • Strong grasp of learning theory and digital course design.
  • Experience collaborating with educators or subject-matter experts.
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple builds.
  • Comfortable using AI tools within the content workflow.

Benefits

  • £38,000–£43,000 salary, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working: Monday and Friday from home, Tuesday–Thursday in a Manchester-based office.
  • Flexible working hours (7.5-hour day, early start available).
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (holidays can be negotiated)
  • Collaborative, inclusive and fast-growing company culture.
  • Eligibility for an EMI share options scheme.
