Senior Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure Focus
£70-75K + 5% bonus + £500 / month car or car allowance
Hybrid working - 3 days a week onsite in Solihull

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects. This role will lead initiatives to refresh and modernize network architecture, including SD-WAN and LAN upgrades, and explore satellite connectivity solutions such as Starlink to address regional and site connectivity challenges. The successful contract Project Manager will play a key role in building a future-proof infrastructure that supports enables secure, reliable, and fast technology adoption for innovative business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead infrastructure transformation projects, including SD-WAN and LAN refresh across all regions and sites.
  • Evaluate and implement satellite connectivity solutions (e.g., Starlink) to improve site connectivity.
  • Ensure robust identity and access management practices across all systems and sites.
  • Oversee security measures for construction sites and regional offices to safeguard data and operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with digital transformation goals.
  • Manage vendors and third-party providers to deliver secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines for infrastructure initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements throughout project delivery.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven Project Manager experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including SD-WAN and LAN deployments across multi-sies
  • Strong understanding of satellite connectivity technologies and their application in remote environments.
  • Expertise in identity and access management and site-level security protocols.
  • Knowledge of future-proofing infrastructure to support emerging technologies and digital transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • Programme Management experience is desirable
Salary and Benefits:
