L&D (Training) Project Coordinator- Legal - 45k

L&D (Training) Project Coordinator i nc IT required by a Professional Services Firm, based near Charing Cross, Central London paying upto 45k- Hybrid. This is a pivotal coordination role focused on the systems and processes that underpin the firm's learning and knowledge initiatives.

The Role: Systems, Coordination & Change

You will be responsible for the coordination, development, and administrative support of key firm-wide projects, specifically focusing on:

  • - Learning & Knowledge Management Systems: Coordinating the collation, development, and ongoing maintenance of the firm's online learning platforms (LMS) and knowledge management systems (KMS).
  • ·Change Management Support: Assisting with the implementation and adoption of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and managing communication across departments.
  • ·Case Management Systems: Providing coordination support for internal projects related to the firm's case management or matter management systems.
  • ·Training Administration: Liaising closely with the training team (L&D) to schedule, coordinate, track, and report on training programmes and user engagement.


What We Are Looking For:

  • ·Proven organisational and project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple streams of work effectively.
  • ·Experience with or a strong interest in Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • ·A proactive, solution-oriented approach to process improvement and change.
  • ·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with staff at all levels.
  • ·Proficiency in standard office applications and coordination tools.
  • ·Experience working in a Professional Services or corporate environment is highly beneficial.
