ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus Consultant
ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus Consultant (Hybrid), Our client, a company based in central London near Old Street Station, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus Consultant for a hybrid role. While the office is centrally located, this position offers significant flexibility for remote work.
Having utilised ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus for some time, our client is now looking to optimise their ITSM processes by fully leveraging the application's extensive features.
The Role:
As the ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus Consultant, you will be the key liaison between the business and the ManageEngine vendor (ServiceDesk Plus) in India. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand current ITSM processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Fine-tuning and configuring ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus to align with the client's specific operational needs.
- Implementing and optimising various features, including approval workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Customising the application to meet bespoke requirements and enhance functionality.
- Providing expert guidance and training to internal teams on best practices for ServiceDeskPlus utilisation.
About You:
We are looking for a true ManageEngine expert, not just a user. You should possess deep technical knowledge and proven experience in:
- Customising and configuring ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus beyond standard out-of-the-box functionalities.
- Developing and implementing complex workflows and automation rules.
- Integrating ServiceDeskPlus with other business systems (desirable).
- Strong understanding of ITSM best practices and ITIL framework (desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
