The company
Our client is a specialist e-Commerce company with successful online sales and business activities across Europe.
The opportunity
In order to capitalise on expanding online sales activity in international markets, they wish to hire an International Business Development Manager.
The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international acquisition strategy to enter new markets and grow existing ones with new brands and IP
- Drive new customer acquisition through direct sales efforts and by supporting partners in their sales initiatives.
- Work closely with agents to take advantage of their local knowledge and presence
- Travel internationally for fairs or customers visits.
Candidate Profile
- Fluency English is essential. Fluency in any 2nd language is an advantage due to the international scope of the role, but not essential
- Experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, with a strong focus on international markets
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented focus.
- Ability to prioritise a broad operational agenda.
- Excellent sales pitching skills
- Able to travel internationally for fairs or customers visits.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary of c45,000 - 50,000
