Renowned City law firm is seeking a proactive and customer focused 1st line IT Support Analyst to join the firm’s IT department. In this role, you will be first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the firm, providing face-to-face and remote technical support to Lawyers and Business Services professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

IT Support Analyst – Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support, providing face-to-face, telephone, email, and remote assistance to users across the firm.
- Log, prioritise, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, legal applications, and document management systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and the IT onboarding and offboarding process, including hardware and account provisioning.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, incidents, and documentation within the IT service management system.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and equipment builds.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and cybersecurity policies, while supporting IT projects and technology rollouts.

IT Support Analyst – Skills & Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Previous experience in a 1st line IT support or service desk role is essential.
- Law firm experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user account administrations.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with desktop hardware, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
