Legal Technology Analyst

We’re seeking a Legal Technology Analyst to drive the implementation and adoption of cutting-edge legal technology across fee earner practice groups at a prestigious US law firm in London. This is a new role with a particular focus on AI-powered tools and innovative solutions that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver real impact for legal teams.

  • Salary to £65,000

Legal Technology Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of emerging legal tech, including generative AI and other innovations
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge base content
  • Provide first-line support for practice technology, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed
  • Assist with user onboarding and basic training
  • Support technology demos and awareness sessions for practice groups
  • Assist with data gathering and analysis to inform technology decisions

Legal Technology Analyst Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a legal technology xehkeey environment within a law firm
  • Experience with legal software applications such as contract analysis tools or practice management platform
  • Familiarity with GenAI legal technology platforms commonly used in law firms
  • Understanding of legal workflows and practice needs
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new software quickly
  • Basic understanding of data analytics concepts is desirable
