Product Manager
We're hiring a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in taking an AI-native B2B SaaS product from beta into public launch.
This is a hands-on, delivery-led PM role in an early-stage environment where execution really matters. You'll sit at the centre of engineering, design, data, and leadership — owning the day-to-day product engine and helping shape a platform that turns real customer conversations into actionable commercial insight.
The platform addresses a long-standing gap between sales and marketing teams. By analysing real customer conversations alongside CRM and campaign data, it surfaces patterns, insights, and opportunities that revenue teams can act on immediately. Public launch is planned for early 2026.
A functional, beta-ready product already exists — core architecture, design system, and user flows are in place. The focus now is iteration, refinement, and expansion to reach a true go-to-market release.
This is a high-autonomy Product Manager role. With fractional CPO and CTO support, you'll be trusted to run execution end-to-end — not just manage tickets.
You'll work closely with:
- Fullstack Engineers (including a Tech Lead)
- DevOps
- Data Ops & ML Engineering
- CEO, CPO, and CTO (strategic input and alignment)
You become the central execution engine, ensuring the product moves forward quickly, clearly, and with purpose.
- Backlog ownership with clear, well-structured stories
- Predictable sprint delivery and release cadence
- Strong synthesis of user feedback into prioritised improvements
- Shared context across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM
- Confident decision-making in ambiguous, fast-moving conditions
- Clear progress from beta through to launch readiness
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, plans, and stories
- Own backlog creation, refinement, sprint planning, and releases
- Remove blockers and ensure engineering clarity on scope and outcomes
- Gather and synthesise qualitative and quantitative user feedback
- Analyse product usage, signals, and metrics to inform prioritisation
- Maintain alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial
- Support GTM with product context, release notes, and enablement
- Communicate continuously with founders and the CPO
- Track KPIs and propose data-led improvements
- Drive iterative gains in clarity, stability, and usability
Experience
- 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management
- Strong backlog management and story-writing skills
- Proven experience working closely with Engineering and Design
- Experience taking products from beta to launch is a strong plus
Domain & Technical Understanding
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics or campaign workflows
- Comfortable specifying requirements involving data and AI/ML concepts
- Confident interpreting product metrics and KPIs
Ways of Working
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Pragmatic, outcome-focused, and delivery-oriented
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and limited supervision
- Thrives in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments
- Remote (UK or Europe)
- UK preferred
- Core overlap required: 10:00–16:00 UK time
- Start: Ideally February 2026
- Shape a product right before public launch
- True ownership and influence — not a ticket factory
- Direct access to founders and experienced product leadership
- Work in a modern AI-driven, insight-led environment
- Join early, with genuine room to grow into senior leadership
