Up to £125,000 + 20% bonus + great benefits

A globally recognised brand are recruiting for a Commercial Counsel to join their growing EMEA Commercial Legal function, to support with their B2B technology offerings. Given the scale of the business & the size of their product portfolio, this role will allow for a highly varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial legal matters in the EMEA region, particularly relating to sales/partnerships/licensing/resale deals
• Support with the integration of companies being acquired
• Support the B2B sales and product teams
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of legal/regulatory developments - e.g. AI, privacy, commercial licensing laws

Requirements

• 4-7 PQE - prior experience in a commercial legal role is essential
• International experience is essentially (ideally EU/EMEA)
• Prior experience in-house at a B2B SaaS/technology business is highly desired
