Data Protection Manager

Global Technology & Business Services Organisation

Responsible for leading data protection, AI governance and enterprise risk management activities within a fast-growing international technology-enabled services organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing governance frameworks covering data protection (GDPR/UK GDPR), AI governance and enterprise risk management
• Conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), AI risk assessments and regulatory risk assessments for new products, services and initiatives
• Designing and enhancing risk management controls, risk registers and key risk indicators (KRIs)
• Providing expert guidance to business stakeholders on privacy by design, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
• Supporting third-party risk management, including supplier risk assessments and due diligence
• Developing policies, procedures and internal guidance related to data protection, compliance and risk management
• Monitoring emerging regulatory developments across data protection, AI governance and global privacy laws

Working cross-functionally with legal, technology, procurement and product teams to ensure compliance frameworks are embedded into business operations.
