Role: FIS Trax Technical Specialist
Length: 12-month engagement
Location: Remote with occasional office visits when needed
Pay Rate: Competitive Daily Rate

I am currently working with a global organisation seeking an experienced TRAX Specialist to play a pivotal role in the configuration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of their payment processing system.

Key Focus Areas:

• Configure, maintain, and optimise the TRAX payment system to meet evolving business requirements.
• Oversee system settings, payment workflows, and security parameters
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring maximum performance and reliability
• Work with banking protocols (SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022) and treasury processes

Key Requirements:

• Proven expertise in TRAX payment processing systems
• Strong understanding of payment workflows, banking integration's, and financial transactions
• Experience with system configuration, optimisation, and banking/financial platform integration
