SAP HR Integration Architect
I am currently supporting a global food and beverage company who are in need of an Integration Archetect with deep expertise of both SuccessFactors and S/4Hana. This role will be pivotal in supporting our client with new product releases/system updates, with every release system improvements will need to be made. Proven experience as an integration architect with the SAP HR products is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Strategy: Develop and execute integration strategies for internal processes, ensuring seamless data flow and business process optimization between SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
 - Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, 3rd-party solution providers and business stakeholders, to design integration solutions that meet business requirements, compliance standards, and industry standard practices.
 - Technical Expertise: 
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors to architect, configure, and troubleshoot integration points, APIs, and middleware platforms.
 - Configuring and troubleshooting Vendor creation process.
 
 - Data Mapping and Transformation: Define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data consistency and accuracy across these systems.
 - Integration Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive integration testing plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of integration solutions.
 - Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on HR integration best practices, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
 - Documentation: Create detailed documentation of integration designs, configurations, and processes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 
Knowledge and Experience needed:
- Proven experience as an Integration Architect with a focus on SAP systems.
 - In-depth knowledge of HR SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
 - understanding of the Business Partner concept is a plus.
 - Effective communication and collaboration abilities
 - Ability to coordinate and align with different project teams (for example CATS, Concur, Ariba, ECP)
 - Project management skills are a plus.
