Senior Data Privacy Counsel - Publishing/Media

3 days/week in office in London

Up to £120,000

Responsibilities

• Advise on privacy risks associated with advertising & new product/services (e.g. apps)
• Support on the negotiation of data privacy aspects of commercial contracts
• Track industry & regulatory guidance, and support the ongoing development of the data privacy framework
• Support with privacy operations (e.g. DPIAs, incidents, cross-border data transfers etc.)

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer - c. 3-6PQE
• Experience working in private practice in a privacy/technology team is essential
• Experience advising clients across the digital/media/publishing sectors
