Overview

MS Dynamics and PowerApps Developers are required for a CRM transformation project with a government agency. The initiative will replace existing manual processes with a new Customer Relationship Management system, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. An Alpha phase will deliver core functionality across two business areas, followed by a Beta phase to deploy a production-ready CRM solution. You will play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering a secure, well-engineered platform that modernises how the agency works.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure CRM applications based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Design, build and deploy PowerApps solutions and automated workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate CRM solutions with Azure services, ensuring DevOps practices are followed
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
• Produce accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for all delivered components
• Apply engineering and security best practices throughout development
• Support testing and contribute to delivery across the Alpha and Beta phases

Essential Skills

• Proven experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong hands-on experience building Power Apps, both Canvas and Model-Driven
• Advanced Power Automate experience, including RPA, AI Builder and complex flows
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Dataverse and SharePoint
• Azure integration experience, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB and workflow orchestration
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 and Teams with the Power Platform
• Experience extending the Power Platform using .NET, TypeScript and REST APIs
• Experience working with Azure DevOps
• Understanding of SaaS product design and low-code governance
• Knowledge of accessibility and UX best practices for Power Apps
• Familiarity with Microsoft engineering best practices
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Experience producing accurate, high-quality technical documentation
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience within UK Government
• Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS clearance
