Logistics Co-ordinator

Due to growing demand in our clients operations, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will join their Warehouse team. Exceptional Attention to Detail is required along with excellent computer knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reporting to the General Manager, you will be working with the small Logistics team
• A dynamic, fast paced and highly demanding environment where the right candidate can truly shine
• You will be part of the team who manages the full inventory lifecycle
• The daily work includes receiving, inspecting and dispatching orders for civil aviation parts
• The manual aspect of the role includes handling, moving, inspecting, storing and retrieving goods
• The data entry part of the role includes keeping all systems up to date, including ERP, proprietary
collaboration tools as well as email and online tools to document, control and track inventory
• You will collaborate with internal and external teams to execute all tasks seamlessly

What We’re Looking For in a Logistics Coordinator

• Experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain operations, preferably in aviation
• The successful candidate will be a motivated logistics professional keen to work as part of a small team
• Prior Aviation experience is a major Plus
• A self-starter with high attention to detail
• Ability to commute daily to our warehouse in Hounslow, preferably with own car
• Ability to operate in logistics within a heavily regulated, fast paced environment
• The candidate must hold the legal right to live and work in the UK
• Experience with ERP or similar solutions is a plus
• Proficient with the suite of Office tools, analytical and a good communicator
