Data Analyst and Systems Administrator

We’re seeking a Data Analyst and Systems Administrator to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing our systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting business intelligence efforts. You’ll work closely with the IT team to enhance processes, improve reporting and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the company.
We have an ambitious vision and are expanding our 200-strong HQ team to achieve it. This position is perfect for someone with experience in data and Excel, who is eager to take their skills to the next level by learning new tools like SQL and Power BI. You will receive training and hands-on experience, making this an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise while using your existing skills in a data-focused and detail-driven role.

What You’ll Do
- System Administration – Oversee the data management systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system usage – Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring seamless system performance.
- Ensure data integrity – Implement and uphold best practices for governance across systems to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Enhance reporting tools – Improve reporting capabilities and work towards automating key processes for efficiency.
- User support & training – Provide training and guidance to teams on system functionality and best practices.
- Support ticket management – Track, prioritize, and resolve system-related support requests in a timely manner.
- Assist Power BI analyst – Investigate data discrepancies, validate report changes, and perform ad-hoc data analysis using Excel.
- Data transfer management – Ensure accurate and timely manual data transfers between systems when automation is not available.
- Process improvement – Identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements to optimize workflows and system functionality.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work with stakeholders across departments to support data-driven decision-making and system enhancements.
What You’ll Bring
- Attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy in data management, system configurations and reporting.
- Analytical mindset – Ability to investigate data discrepancies, identify patterns and solve technical issues efficiently.
- Technical proficiency – Experience with PIM systems, data management, strong working knowledge of Excel and understanding of relational databases.
- Problem-solving skills – Capable of troubleshooting system-related issues and improving workflows.
- Strong communication skills – Excellent written and verbal communication to present insights clearly, interact effectively with stakeholders, and collaborate across teams and departments on data and system-related matters.
- Organizational skills – Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Adaptability & learning mindset – Willingness to learn SQL, Power BI and new technologies as needed.
- Support ticket management – Experience in handling technical support tickets, prioritizing issues and ensuring timely resolution for system-related requests.
