Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Full Time (UK Hours)

Location: 100% Remote - as long as you can work UK business hours.

Salary: £30,000 base + bonus.

We are hiring experienced SDRs to drive new business for our technology clients.

This is a full-time role (9–5 UK hours) focused on outbound prospecting. Cold calling is the foundation of the role. From there, you will manage follow-ups via email, calendar booking, and structured outreach to build qualified sales pipeline. Client interaction is a major part of this role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Cold calling prospects daily (primary focus)
  • Booking meetings for B2B technology companies
  • Managing follow-ups via email and calls
  • Owning your pipeline from first touch to booked meeting
  • Working within structured outreach processes and playbooks

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in sales (ideally B2B)
  • B2B Cold calling experience (non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable working full-time
  • Clear communication and ability to handle objections
