Programme Manager (FQDNs)

Role title: Programme Manager

Location: UK

We are looking for a seasoned Programme Manager to lead remediation of our UK fully qualified domain names (FQDNs). This role will be critical in defining and ensuring appropriate FQDN controls and executing remediation to align with these controls, as appropriate.

Key responsibilities include:

· Establish and manage programme governance, including leadership reporting, stakeholder management, and progress tracking.

· Design overarching strategy to guide business decisions related to the creation, maintenance and demising of current or future FQDNs

· Design appropriate controls for live FQDNs, taking into account regulatory compliance, security requirements, technical setup, branding and content management

· Drive analysis of existing FQDN inventory against the above strategy and controls, and define remediation steps as appropriate

· Lead coordination with business owners and IT teams to execute remediation steps as appropriate, with accountability for end-to-end change management

Required experience and skills:

· Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure programmes within large, regulated environments (finances services preferably)

· Deep understanding of DNS, FQDN structure, and associated remediation challenges

· Strong programme management skills including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance

· Experience managing technical delivery teams

· Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business impacts

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements
