Digital Account Manager (Google Ads & Client Success)

The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to join us full-time.
This is a dynamic, hybrid role that blends digital advertising and client success. You’ll support the Head of Marketing in running and optimising Google Ads campaigns, while also managing relationships with key clients and helping coordinate campaign delivery across internal teams.
You’ll be the day-to-day bridge between what clients want and what our team delivers — and you’ll be confident using data to back decisions, spot problems early, and communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Marketing with Google Ads campaign changes and coordination
- Speak directly to clients to ensure they’re engaged and their needs are being met
- Identify client-side opportunities to improve performance and retention
- Liaise daily with the Delivery Coordinator, Client Success Manager, and media buyers to ensure orders are fulfilled and leads are delivered
- Present reports, results, and key insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Translate client feedback into clear actions for the team
- Monitor lead delivery on our platforms and flag any issues early
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience working with Google Ads campaigns
- Confident communicator with fluent spoken and written English
- Experience managing client relationships or internal stakeholders
- Results-driven, with a passion for improving performance and outcomes
- Comfortable working in a remote team and juggling multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio is a plus
- Experience in lead generation or performance marketing is a strong advantage
- Bonus points for experience with lead delivery platforms like Cake or CRMs
- Bonus points for experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau

UK preferred for occasional client meetings, but we’re open to outstanding European candidates with excellent English.
