Full Stack Engineer

Leadenhall Search & Selection are recruiting for a Full Stack Engineer on behalf of a leading global consulting firm specialising in the financial services sector. This role sits within a growing technology team responsible for building scalable applications that support data-driven processes and automation across client and internal platforms.

The successful candidate will work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to backend services, integrations, and user-facing applications that enable teams to interact with and utilise complex data and system outputs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services that power core application functionality and workflows
• Build APIs and system integrations that enable communication between applications, data platforms, and external services
• Support the deployment and operation of applications within a cloud-based infrastructure
• Contribute to implementing security controls, authentication mechanisms, and monitoring capabilities
• Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists to integrate data and automated capabilities into production systems
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to improving overall engineering standards

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in software engineering, ideally in full stack development roles
• Proven experience building production-ready applications spanning backend and frontend components
• Strong backend development skills using modern programming language such as Python
• Frontend development experience using frameworks such as React.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and deploying scalable applications
