Fractional Head of Partnerships

Seeking a senior figure to lead our fractional partnerships team.

Ideally, you have worked at a TMC, a corporate travel tech company, or as a senior corporate travel consultant.

You understand how corporate travel actually works, who quietly makes it work, and how to move conversations from curiosity to contracts, while keeping a small team moving in time. You will report directly to the founder and act as the hinge between our five fractional hires.

What we are looking for

• 10+ years in corporate travel, ideally as a TMC director, Head of Supplier Partnerships, or senior travel tech BD

• Existing senior relationships with at least two UK TMCs (mid-market or enterprise)

• Comfortable leading a distributed fractional team

• Understands the SaaS/travel tech space, familiar with how tools like TravelPerk, Concur, or

similar fit into a travel programme

• International contacts a strong plus

What success looks like at 90 days

• Two active TMC conversations at pilot stage

• SDRs have a clear pipeline and are producing warm introductions

  • At least one signed TMC pilot agreement or letter of intent
