Job Opportunity: Data Analyst / Performance Analyst – Healthcare Project
Are you a skilled analyst with a passion for using data to drive meaningful change? We’re hiring a Data Scientist to join a high-impact project in the healthcare space, focused on improving outcomes in bowel health services.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping the project team measure and assess service performance (e.g., defining what “good” looks like and how to track it)
- Applying analytical techniques to real-world healthcare data
- Defining and creating performance measurements with the wider team
- Advising on reporting tools, implementation, and validation
- Presenting insights and visualisations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Making tactical recommendations to inform key decisions
Core Skills We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Python (ideal), R, and SQL
- Experience with Oracle Databases, C++, and PL/SQL
- Comfortable navigating large healthcare datasets and interpreting outcomes
- Strong communication skills to turn analysis into impact
