Location: Daresbury, Hybrid (3 days office-based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Company Fit
This role is not about maintaining the status quo. We are a fast-growing SaaS company operating in a highly regulated, constantly evolving space. Priorities shift quickly, customers move fast, and “easy” answers are rare.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Enjoy ambiguity and momentum
- Take ownership without waiting to be asked
- Look for solutions rather than reasons something can’t be done
- Are energised by pace, challenge, and accountability
Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will manage one of our largest enterprise customers, supporting three distinct business units that use our SaaS platform differently. You will ensure visibility, alignment, and prioritisation across all workstreams.
As Project Co-ordinator, you will act as the operational backbone of the Client Delivery team, ensuring smooth delivery, early identification of risks, and clear cross-team communication. You will also support a large multi-year client project hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Project Manager:
- Own the full workstream portfolio across all business units.
- Assess and prioritise change requests, enhancements, and support items.
- Manage capacity and resource planning across workstreams.
- Maintain strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders and align expectations.
- Maintain a single view of project/workstream status, surfacing risks, blockers, and trade-offs.
- Facilitate cross-BU discussions to resolve conflicts in requirements or timelines.
- Ensure documentation, scope details, and change definitions are complete and agreed.
- Report regularly to both client and internal leadership on progress, risks, and milestones.
- Champion delivery discipline and ensure clients understand scope or timeline impacts.
Project Co-ordinator:
- Maintain and optimise internal project management tools (RAIDs, plans, timesheets, reports).
- Facilitate weekly syncs with PMs and Implementation Managers.
- Hold delivery team members accountable for updates, reporting, and timesheet compliance.
- Manage a central risk register across all projects.
- Act as a communication bridge between Client Delivery and other departments.
- Prioritise and communicate delivery-related requests based on impact and significance.
- Ensure smooth handoff of tickets, escalate blockers, and chase stale items.
- Maintain action lists and chase updates across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate weekly client meetings and produce progress reports.
- Support Implementation Managers by surfacing risks proactively.
- Participate in technical discussions (APIs, data models, ETL flows, integrations) and translate blockers into operational risks.
- Ensure technical handoffs are well-scoped, documented, and tracked.
Skills & Experience
Must have:
- Experience managing projects or workstreams, ideally in SaaS or technology delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, especially with large, matrixed enterprises.
- Project coordination or delivery operations experience in SaaS/enterprise software.
- Ability to facilitate prioritisation conversations and push back diplomatically.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable holding others accountable and driving operational discipline.
- Technically fluent to follow discussions on APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with consent management, data governance, or regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Asana.
