Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a production grade software Engineer with 5+ years experience of delivering SAAS solutions. The Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative product solutions within the healthcare simulation domain. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product features, and employing analytical skills to resolve technical challenges. The role emphasises delivering user-focused designs and ensuring high-quality solutions that align with Learnify Health's mission.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Engineering, including development, enhancement, and optimisation of product features
- Proficiency in Product Design with a focus on creating user-centred and innovative solutions
- Demonstrated experience in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve product offerings
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess product requirements and solve complex challenges
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly
- Familiarity with AI-based platforms or simulation tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
