We are seeking globally experienced, practitioner-level experts in AI Leadership, responsible AI, Organisational transformation delivering high-impact executive training for global clients.

About the Role

As a senior AI Leadership & Transformational instructor, you will bring deep practitioner insight from corporate advisory, executive education, global consulting, and AI-driven organisation change. You will deliver high-quality training virtually or in-person, covering:

  • AI-enabled leadership and decision-making
  • Responsible and ethical AI adoption
  • Culture, capability and transformation strategy
  • Practical, role-based AI workflow across enterprise functions
  • Your background should include global advisory or consulting experience, executive-level communication, and the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive leadership-level AI training (virtual or in-person)
  • Translate complex AI/organisational concepts into practical frameworks
  • Support clients in AI strategy, governance and readiness
  • Partner closely with the Client Solution Team to drive client-focused engagement, shaping deal strategy and developing tailored, value-led solutions and programme architectures that directly support the sales process and strengthen our competitive position

Requirements

  • Extensive leadership advisory, AI strategy, transformation, executive education, or corporate consulting
  • Strong credentials in responsible AI or digital transformation
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders (C-suite/board level) and comfortable teaching cross-functional teams (operations, HR, tech, finance)
  • Experience with AI governance, ethical frameworks, workforce readiness or change leadership
  • Ability to simplify complex technological and organisational concepts for diverse audiences

You’ll demonstrate your expertise, meet virtually with a Lead Learning Tree Consultant, and attend a 2-day workshop to learn our methodology and showcase your delivery style.
