Senior Data Warehouse Developer

Job summary

At Leeds Community Healthcare, we're seeking a skilled Senior Data Warehouse Developer to join our team and help us develop and maintain our data warehouse infrastructure.

Using your expertise in SQL Server and SSIS, you'll design, build, and optimise ETL processes, from data ingestion through to transformation, ensuring high-quality, reliable data is available for the Business Intelligence Team and other stakeholders.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the BI team to ensure the data warehouse continues to evolve in line with organisational needs and is managed in a secure, efficient, and scalable manner. This role offers flexible and remote working options, with occasional face-to-face meetings (weekly or fortnightly).

If you're passionate about leveraging data to deliver insight, improve services, and support better decision-making, and have strong technical skills in SQL Server data warehousing and ETL development, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Senior Data Warehouse Developer, you will work closely with colleagues across the wider Business Intelligence Team to develop, enhance, and maintain our data warehouse processes.

Your responsibilities will include creating and managing SSIS packages, maintaining database access and permissions, and designing reporting tables and external data sets to support the Trusts reporting and analytical needs.

You will also design and implement complex data models using advanced SQL techniques, structuring the data warehouse to ensure its smooth operation, scalability, and ongoing development to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.
