DIT Personal Assistant/Business Support Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant / Business Support Officer to join our Digital Business Support Team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and PA support to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Senior Management Team (SMT), helping ensure the smooth running of our digital services.
From managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings to producing reports and supporting governance processes, your work will directly enable our teams to deliver vital services that support patient care.
You'll provide a comprehensive PA and business support service, including:
Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings for senior leaders
Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Handling correspondence and responding to enquiries
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and filing systems
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination activities
Building strong working relationships across teams and external partners
You'll be part of a collaborative hybrid team, combining home working with on-site days at St Jamess Hospital.

What you will bring to the roleWe’re looking for someone who is organised, professional, and confident working with senior stakeholders. In your application, please demonstrate:
- Relevant qualifications (including GCSE English or equivalent)
- Experience providing PA support to multiple senior colleagues
- Strong diary management skills (e.g. Microsoft Outlook)
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Experience supporting meetings, agendas, and minute-taking
- Excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Initiative and problem-solving ability
